This is a growing company with huge potential. Great career opportunities in sales, marketing, finance, management, etc. are here for those that are driven to succeed. The leadership team truly cares about the well-being of the team both personally and professionally, which is sadly missing in many other organizations. They continuously look for different ways to reward employees for their success. The number of yearly events for employees to socialize and build relationships far exceeds any other company I've worked for. It's easy to make friends here. Leadership is compassionate and kind. Typical work week hovers around 40 hours for most employees. We work hard and play hard. I would definitely recommend EL to a friend!
Cons
This is advice to applicants more than it is a con. The work for account managers is challenging just as it is in any sales organization. Many succeed and are well rewarded. Others just aren't cut out for working in sales and get frustrated. Before joining the sales team be honest with yourself. If you aren't into sales, or learning how to become a great sales person, the account manager position isn't for you. If you are, hurry up and get here!
