If you are not a YES man then you will get 0 help to succeed. From the CEO down management sucks except for a couple managers like Lance. Management is taught to lead by fear tactics and lies. If you have an opinion at all this is not the place for you unless your opinion is to agree with whatever your manager is saying. Lack of Honesty and Integrity to customers and Employees. If you like equal opportunities at work this is not the place for you. Major Nepotism and favoritism. Unless you are friend or related you are not moving up in company or getting any accounts. Huge discrepancy in earning potential, perks, accolades, opportunities for growth, etc. The best day was when I finally quit this place. My life got much happier, stress went way down, my family was much happier as well.
