Mediocre training. Mostly training is done on your own, and a few folks in the office that will answer questions. Formulated ramp up schedule. Clock starts day one. 100% Diy lead generation primarily. LinkedIn, internet searches, etc. They’re too cheap to buy or subscribe to lead services, or lists. Any decent leads or accounts are handed out by managers based on favoritism. Be prepared to dig through, and continuously recycle dormant garbage. Major time suck. Most folks making a living wage here are few and far between. There are a few that are genuine rockstars, but the majority of accounts are acquired by attrition, favoritism, rarely merit based. Work life balance is non existent.
