Not for the faint of heart - Account Manager England Logistics Employee Review

We do have a lot of family relationships here at England Logistics in all areas and at all levels of the company representing many families. We also have a lot of friends who refer their friends and former colleagues here. All are held to a high standard of accountability. As I have discovered in my life, there are two paths a leader can take when they have a family member on their team; 1) they can favor them and make it easy for them or 2) they can push them harder than anyone else. In my time at EL I have discovered that Jason Beardall and others with family or friends working here error on the side of behavior #2. Because of this the family and friend relationships are a strength for us. But one we closely watch to keep positive and not a take away. Thank you for your feedback.
