Pros
Sales gig is pretty good…office setting, solid base + commission. My leader is sharp and shares usable sales coaching tips. Friendly culture with some nice people who are genuine and interesting. Senior leaders seem to not put up with BS and have purged toxic people, which has improved overall atmosphere. Free soda is nice.
Cons
Could use a bit more training coming into this industry from the outside, seems rushed. Health insurance is more expensive than last job.
