Pros

England Logistics has a culture built around continuous improvement, with a heavy emphasis on employee development. People read about Toyota or Honda using continuous improvement in their vehicles and applaud it because we all want better performing cars. I think some of us in the company get tripped up by personal improvement because it can feel offensive and requires that we make difficult changes to ourselves. My experience is that England Logistics has a management team of coaches who genuinely give employees their best efforts to help them improve. That means goals get bigger and benchmarks rise, but that is what has helped many of us rise professionally and personally. The compensation never changes or gets taken from you, some people just stop working, growing and improving. Imagine if an engineer from Toyota refused to improve the design for next year, because of all the work he did to design last year's model. If you are willing to be coached and stretched to greater heights, EL will help you develop better skills, stronger habits and a much bigger paycheck.

Cons

I think there are initiatives in place, but England Logistics has a handful of divisions and sometimes we lose value because we work in silos. The company could really explode if we can continue to work together on creating solutions for our customers together.

Pros

Working as a Logistics Coach Sales Manager at England Logistics offers strong earning potential, valuable leadership experience, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping both your team and trucking clients succeed.

The role comes with high performance expectations, constant problem-solving, and the challenge of managing issues outside of your control, which can create a fast-paced and sometimes stressful work environment.
