      Pros

      This is a great hospital to get experience. Great orientation, so recommend to the new grads. Facility is clean. Staffs, nurses, and doctors are friendly.

      Cons

      Horrible, insultingly low pay. EHMC cannot compete in the current market because of the pay difference. People just come here to get experience and get a job at a better paying hospital. Management and upper leadership refuses to listen to nurses to negotiate the salary. Incompetent union to stand up for nurses.

      Pros

      The pay is alright and having weekends off is nice.

      Cons

      The communication is awful and not consistent through different levels of management. They refuse to give you more hours, but then will last minute ask you to stay later. But then you get talked to for working more hours than you’re scheduled. The training is nonexistent and you be told to just figure it out and google it.
