Very clique like. No room for newcomers in management positions. Monopolies to try to hire external employees only to discharge them giving no good reason to do so, no room for your opinion, no room for you to seek any advice, if you get an office your lucky it won't be an old storage closet. Only if grandma and grandpa are providing funds or have been employed here for thirty years can you survive here.
