Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us. Our legal, finance and engagement teams work hard to make sure our teachers are well cared for and that our employment practices are fair and in line with the local government rules and regulations. We also try to give our teachers additional benefits, like sponsored social events to provide a forum for meeting others and just having fun! Of course we would love to have more of a mix in terms of age groups, but the commitment of living abroad for a year can be a bit challenging for people who may have family commitments or established careers in their home countries.
