Pros
The school is well run, in a time of uncertainty regarding the policy changes in Beijing and the challenges caused by covid the school has remained a stable place to work. Salaries we're paid in full during the pandemic unlike many other schools. The Chinese staff are very hardworking, organised and helpful.
Cons
The weekend schedule is a bit long but I imagine this is the same with all training schools nowadays
