Pros
The office was beautiful, right on the lake. It also had very good transport links so getting there from outside of Lucerne was easy. The work wasn't hard most of the time.
Cons
The salary of 65k/year was really not good enough, especially in relation to the amount of work. The work was not challenging but it felt like I did the same projects over and over and over again so it got mentally exhausting. The deadlines were often not reasonable so a lot of people I worked with worked overtime and weekends. Some people looked burned out and some even left. It also looked like the managers were not aligned most of the time and that the writers opinions were not taken seriously.
