Pros
I'm saying that it's a great start is because I've been here for 2 years now. Was a fulltime back then but the pay wasn't enough knowing the workload. Now I'm a part-timer because I love teaching (only come in twice a week). But even as a part-timer, I am still counted as a part of the member and I really appreciate that in my center. Also for starters, EF really teaches you how to teach properly and the syllabuses are great for self-development.
Cons
For now, the turnover rate is very high. It's like as if it's so easy for someone to just be gone without any news or report. I just think that the higher-ups are better to be more transparent when it comes to those things. The pay is also low knowing the high teaching hours and workload.
