The most of the Japanese staff is amiable.
The payment is fair enough.
Cons
The foreign staff are harsh to say the least. My former online manager was kind of a bully and very harsh in her words which made me want to quit.
Sometimes there are Japanese and foreign "private" groups which you become unwelcomed in.
Communication is very poor and leads to confusions in schedule and private lessons.
Lots of hours if you want them. Great opportunity to make money on the weekend. Very friendly staff and nice people to work with. Overall a nice job with fantastic students.
Cons
For toefl, The textbooks did not have enough material to cover the whole class so you had to supplement with your own stuff.
