Students constantly come and go for General English classes which can lead to sudden large shifts in classroom dynamics, particularly when student levels and attitudes vary.
Good people, lots of different backgrounds and with lots to share and learn from. Can get hands on experience with students, great school with high integrity and really wants to serve international students. Feels like the work youre doing is really making a difference.
Cons
Can be a lot of work with little progression. No pay rise opportunities unfortunately.
