Pros
Had a very approachable and friendly management/ direct superior, plenty of warm and helpful colleagues to keep the work days interesting. The centre has an abundance of resources that are easy enough to navigate, utilise and provide guidance on planning lessons. In terms of the physical environment, the centre has good facilities, comfortable working space and is located 500m away from the MRT train station. Good variety and mix of student demographic that will keep you on your toes!
Cons
As a part timer, the hours are not fixed and you have to be prepared to come in at any time. Also, not all Powerpoint presentations are available for lesson, hence sometimes you have to prepare those on your own from scratch.
