      Every day is about self-improvement because I get feedback from my coordinators who tell me how to be a better coach, and show interest in my progress

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
