Very good salary especially for someone without previous experience. Nice team. Annual salary review.
Cons
Very exhausting. You can't take a sick leave or vacation without looking for a replacement, it is awfully tiring to seek it. No 1:1s with HRs or managers so you never know anything about what's going on in the company and your prospectives. The company's still reluctant to completely get rid of russian language in their communication and platform
