      Multiplatform experience without job description limitation, with possible full control of all the operations around you, if you are not afraid to be stressed from hi work load.

      Cons

      No way of incentivize your team workers, full HR negative influence blindly totally out from the project objectives, HR banally oriented on their internal objectives.
