Pros
Low stress working environment. Deadlines are rare and legacy Italian public service culture makes it one of the most laid-back companies on the planet. Enjoy bankers hours, morning & afternoon tea breaks, and a civilized lunch hour.
Cons
Meetings of any type are rare and data management is virtually non-existent. With a few exceptions the quality of technical work is generally poor. Brown paper bags are still being passed under the table to achieve desired outcomes. Only Italians reach senior management positions. Some HR staff should be working in a sheltered workshop.
