Because this was my first job, I had not means to compare it to another company. At first the experience was being very joyful because every day provided me with a new challenge. I was enriching my resume with all the assignments. I was provided with training.
Cons
. After the first year everything falls into routine. .The company does not have a structured policy for human resource development. .Their mentorship program has many flaws.
