      If you're a lazy individual, in your fifties, and you likeable (yes-man) you'll likely find your spot somewhere in the company

      Cons

      Totally backwards, no career planning (HR is big in #s, but deal with politics), CEO has been at the helm for too long and is old with no incentive to change
