Pros
Not much to say except from keeping staff and even contractors during periods where oil prices can be very low.
Cons
1- Arrogance of HR team and complete Disconnection from labour market in UK. They want to pay Italian salaries for people working in UK. 2-Key roles are managed by Italian expats 3-career opportunities are very limited unless Italian. 4-no long term plan for the office, Basingstoke centre is kept just to do some work that Milan centre don’t want to do or not capable of doing it 5-there is no real investment on staff whether in terms of training or salary reviews.
