Favoritism, poor raises, lack of basic supplies, noticable treatment differences between shifts, sexual harassment of women, lack of leadership, healthcare plan is extremely poor and expensive, gossip among leadership and team members, if you're not in the click you might as well not exist and a severe lack of fairness.
