      Mixed bag, generally fine - Software Engineer Enlace Health Employee Review

      Pros

      - Middle management and technical leadership are very solid - Sane tech stack - Recent redesign of core product makes development fairly pleasant on good days

      Cons

      - Somewhat prone to crunch time - The C-Suite is aggressively incompetent when dealing with internal issues. It's hard to oversell that. They might be fine salespeople, but the company succeeds mostly because the execs are typically MIA. It's not just the CEO. The CHRO has an obnoxious habit of being online, and it makes her the most destructive of them all. Avoid all of them at all costs if you take a role here. You'll meet the founder early on. Let him deal with them.

      Pros

      Engaged and committed team from top to bottom; you always know the person next to you will be pushing as hard as you are. Surrounded by smart people. Opportunity to work with new technology There are so many things to do, you can carve out your own space within the company and build a role out of it. In a hot market - medical field, claims processing. Cool downtown office. Flexibility with work hours/location. Company is very family friendly. As long as you hit your commitments to the team no one is counting hours/micromanaged you. Offers free lunch a few times a month at least

      Cons

      As we are pushing the 50 employee mark, we are figuring out how to communicate with each other more effectively. Not really a con so much as something to be aware of when joining any company of our size.
