      Life is Balance. Supportive people. Almost no work pressure (this moreover depends on how you work). Healthy Work Environment.

      Cons

      Exposure to new technologies and skill in short span of time. No Internal knowledge sharing sessions. Few people are igoestic. Low Pay. No Retention policy.

      Pros

      Enlighten is full of bright and intelligent people. It is the best company culture that I have ever worked in. There is endless opportunity for growth since Enlighten is growing so rapidly in the States. Everyone is always willing to help and I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day.

      Cons

      None that are not expected. The role is 100% travel so if you do not enjoy travel, this wouldn't be the right role for you. I love traveling and how every day is different.
