      Benefits and hours are good. You a left alone.

      No advancement. Low pay. Management only cares about their bonus not the employees. Tell you are are just a number.

      Pros

      Ennis was a hands-off company, leaving day-to-day functions in the hands of the on-site management and their teams. There was a team environment where personnel got along well. There was no ethnic diversity among the employees, though. There were good benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      There is no sales team.
