      - Young and Dynamic company / structure - Good benefits such a hotel discounts / F&B discounts etc - Opportunity to progress and move around globally with the company

      - Long hours - Salaries not comparable to other industries - Very stingy when it comes to spending on resources, talent and marketing budget
