Very bad management, product people sometimes intervene too much in development process No real leadership, people just make you work and don’t engage you in anything else besides “give us features”. Feels inhumane. Every company meeting is only in German. May be ok for locals but not migrants, which they hire a lot actually Not inclusive, only has token inclusivity. Some “good behaving developers” are given word and opportunity but not the ones who have actual opinion Seems to play on the edge of the law sometimes, my probation was increased without any real reason No benefits except salary Feature planning feels strange, nothing ever gets finished and then we switch focus again. Probably people don’t know what will bring money anymore. Don’t believe that “green startup” idea. All they do is selling toys for rich people. No real green technology is promoted! Solar panels go to rich people villas only!!
