You just get tag of product based.

1) Compensation - If you thing staying here for long term will give you good compensation it is totally wrong. Assume your friend(same expience) are in any Indian service base and he/she hop from one to another service base every two year, and meanwhile you stay here for 6 year, then your friend in serivce base will have more gross pay compared to you being in "Product Base". "That's low Enphase pay. " - Even if you have x years of expreince and have worked in any other product base compay, here in Enphase you will get less compared to anyone is from IIT/NIT just because of college. So your experience and tech will not be consider but just your degree. - For Non-iit / non-IIM each year compensation will be ~5-6% and for them it will be in higher double digit. 2) Product Base Tag - They don't provide any food/snacks as it's waste of money and only product base that cannot product snacks to its employee. 3) 24x7 Work Culture - First you have to WFO and then even provide support to people in US as they cannot work after 5PM / or early hours but we should. 4) Stock - Every all hands HR will say we are giving you more stocks, this or that, but non-iit /non-iim employess get 10-20% of the quantity compared to IIT/IIM people for same level and same work. Example IIT/IIM person with 3 years of experince get 500 stocks, you will get max 100 stocks with 5-6 years of experince and better work(As many manager's have said this), just because employee doesn't have IIT/IIM degree. - If you are just normal in finanace you will under stand max stock range for Enphase will be just $50-60 an not more than that. HR will say stock will go to $300+ but they are not tellin it was a fluk during covid and after covid stock came back where it belong. 5) Employee Benefits - First thought comes in mind Employee Benefits will be amazing as its product base. But you get below quality Employee Benefits compared to any service based. - Employee Benefits are health insurance just that and nothing else. As company belive not to waste money on Employee Benefits as it cannot be segerated based in IIT/IIM degree. - You just having a sweet box you need to register and head HR call it a gift.

Cons

I would strongly encourage candidates to do their due diligence before accepting an offer. Ask direct questions about layoffs, offshoring, leadership strategy, and whether the role is likely to remain in the same location long term. Based on my experience, there can be a significant gap between how the opportunity is presented during recruiting and the reality after joining.
