Joined as a fresher. Fresher pay is decent.
Cons
1) Zero work life balance. Expected to be available all time. 12-13 hours work is bare minimum sometimes extends to 15 hours. Sometimes expected to work on weekends too. 2) Toxic management threatens to cancel leaves if work is stucked due to some other liabilities/unavoidable circumstances. 3) Meetings are kept late at night in India time and is expected to attend them everyday. 4) Work load is very high. Expected to work on multiple things all along together with unrealistic very short deadlines. Failing deadlines leads to escalation. 5) Very high attrition and no replacement hiring leading to crushing workload on existing employees, due to bad work culture and 0 WLB reviews available across the industry and internet, no new joiners wants to join. Everyone ditches after getting the offer letter.
