- Limited growth within the company ( they say flexible to move around, but not the case as all projects are set with certain budget and they won't increase budget for you to move to different teams ) - Lots of churning / turnover, there is a way to check how many people are exiting the company every month. Easy to identify the high turnover - Case by case, but management will throw you under the bus or micro manage you if needed, in their view, clients are first and if there are any ways to please them, company will go for any measure possible ( e.g management pushing for working weekend to get work done, staying after work hour for certain works ).
