Get to work from home & equipment is provided

Cons

Amount of calls taken a day (between 60-90) , Unrealistic Metric Goals and QA, Phones are set up to auto dial patients for Cold Collection calls, Constant changes, whether they work or not, Physically and mentally draining, such a bad job for your mental health, poor management, not enough team members, Management refuses to take escalated calls, the pay is not worth all this

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
