Pros
At Ensemble, I gained a plethora of relevant knowledge in Health Care will follow with me in to all of my future endeavors. Ensemble also truly gives back to the community, participating in volunteer opportunities around the Charlotte region and making generous donations to organizations that were important to it’s employees; this was my all time favorite thing about the company. I have also met INCREDIBLE people at this company. My team truly felt like family, and consisted of some of the most-hard working and genuine people I have ever met. I developed relationships that I know will last beyond the work place. The company has improved and grown tremendously even within the year time span I was at Ensemble. Robbie and Shannon have made a significant impact on this company. This was my first job out of college, and I would not take it back for the world. Also. despite what some people think, in the Health Care field, the CRCR (which is paid for by the company) is a huge resume booster. The hours are super flexible, (flex time or compressed) and CEO truly tries to get involved and is very kind.
Cons
The pay is not competitive as of now. At least regarding the AR representives, this is what I have seen steer most people away. Ensemble could have kept so many wonderful employees by simply increasing the pay by even just a little bit. Also, career ladder was an issue but was just recently fixed so hopefully company growth and development will no longer be an issue. There could also be a bit more organization at this company, but is fairly new so I am sure that will come with time.
