This company is amazing! They are all about company culture and making sure the employees are successful. Ensemble believes in putting all people first! They go the extra mile to ensure everyone is well taken care of. Another thing is, Ensemble believes that Developing You Makes Better!!!! That’s right, this company does just that.......they invest in their staff!!!! I obtained a CRCR certificate shortly after 3 months thanks to Ensemble. This company is a breath of fresh air! They give back to the community as well as the employees. Shannon the President is a tremendous asset. She is upbeat, energetic and very personable. I have encountered some very wonderful people at Ensemble. I love it here and hope to retire from Ensemble!

A little better organized, however due to the rapid growth, I have no complaints at this time.
