Pros
Cultural Excellence. have yet to work at a company that wants employees to fail. Every single one of my employers over the last decade boasted that associate voices are important pillars of foundation. Not all delivered on that concept and promise. Ensemble takes this concept to the next level and teaches others how to Do It Right because it isn’t a motto - it is a way of life. I can’t speak for all departments, but working under Jenna Jordan’s HIM team this past year is inspiring. I don’t care if she had 10 associates or 2,000 if someone needed something or had a concern, she is there to listen. I am blessed to work with the HIM family and feel that my leader wants me to succeed and be heard as we grow together. Career Path and Opportunity: I’ve never before worked with such a diverse team. Title doesn’t matter to this team - passion and drive are more important. I know a career path is available if I want, as well as the ability to find a mentor for the journey.
Cons
I struggle with finding any cons to working at Ensemble with the HIM team. I will say that if you are someone who is looking to go through the motions from 8-5 this may not be your cup of tea. I almost left Ensemble last year - let me be the first to tell you, I KNOW learning from HIM was the right choice instead of saying goodbye to Ensemble.
