      Expanding immensely Good Benefits Work from home My first supervisor was amazing

      switched 3 supervisors in 3 months after 2 years then it was all downhill poor pay and raises

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
