      The ability to work from home They tend to promote internal talent for openings over external talent

      Cons

      This company experiences what a lot of younger companies that are still trying to discover who they are experience: constantly changing priorities, expectation that your job comes before your personal life and mental health, token diversity initiatives, stagnant wages, benefits that are lackluster, inconsistent staffing levels to business needs, employee turnover that never seemed to decrease, leaders that aren't trained properly, and constant organizational changes. I would not recommend working at this company unless you are starting your career or a workaholic.

      At Ensemble, we offer flexible and remote work arrangements that benefit our associates in balancing work and their personal lives. We offer generous paid time off plans, buy-back plans, and roll-over options for PTO depending on which plan associates are under so associates can plan and enjoy their time off. We try to tailor our work/life balance approach to provide a variety of options for all associates, as we are dedicated to creating a positive work/life balance for all associates and understand this balance may mean something different to everyone.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Work remotely 100% of the time.

      Cons

      DAILY pressure and extreme stress. You will be in constant fight, flight or fear mode. There's a heavy emphasis on productivity, and KPI's without resources, tools or clear direction to accomplish either. They want to be a innovative and forward thinking/moving organization but they're missing the mark. Whatever the client wants, the client gets regardless of the impact it will have on the team and department. We work at the behest of the client, not the other way around. Ensemble started out with good intentions I believe, but somewhere along the way and the pursuit of 'revenue' they've lost their way, with no signs of ever getting 'it' (whatever 'it' is) back. Don't do it! It's not worth your sanity.
