Leadership is terrible - Patient Access Representative Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

There’s no help with HR. Just to talk to anyone it’s like jumping through hoops. When applying for a position to advance the leadership will pick anyone that’s close to her and convenient or a kiss butt. They don’t look at your resume they just take the directors word who she wants which is frustrating for some one who is cross trained and college graduate and they chose some one opposite. Pay sucks, the job over turn is insane! When you have 13 positions open but your the only one cross trained, not even their new leadership isn’t, is pretty frustrating. When I got harassed by a co worker twice it was turned into how can I respond better when I asked them to leave the waiting area.
