If I could give zero stars, I would. This company from the top down is as toxic as I have seen. HR does not support the employees whatsoever, but work with the toxic leaders to rid the best workers they have. While I was there for 7 short months, (too long), there was so much turnover within senior level leaders all the way down - I knew right away that something was wrong. My direct leader was so overbearing, condescending, rude and verbally abrasive on a daily basis to me and others on the team that there were many days I wanted to quit. Upon reporting her to Senior Leadership (her boss) first, and then letting HR know what was happening; nothing changed, but her behavior continued and redirected to another Senior Director on her team. She would place unattainable requests on the team with no direction, yet get mad and scream at you as if you were stupid if you didn't do the work exactly as she wanted. The COO clearly encourages this behavior and that is evident by her town halls and her stating "if your leader is mean to you, just keep going and do your work". HR says they will investigate behavior, but never does and then allows leaders like this to continue to run away good people within the company. I would encourage you to look anywhere to work but EHP.

Toxic, negative, poor benefits, low pay compared to other companies, horrible leadership, expectations unattainable most of the time, incompetent leaders.
