Pros

Flexibility in work schedules is great.

Cons

Benefits not so much. Insurance is not great with the options available. No 401k match. Pay is minimal for what a certified experienced coder should be earning.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
