      Pros

      It's a growing company with plenty of new and diverse project opportunities The company exists in an exciting (Enviro Science/Engineering) industry with ever changing new technologies and developments Great culture with a good mix of young energy and wise experience While the company is growing, it has so far maintained a small company feel without a rigid hierarchy and plenty of cross-over and communication between all levels of the business

      Cons

      Here I would only point out that as the company continues to grow, it remains to be seen whether it will be able to maintain the "small company" feel that it currently has

      Thanks for the feedback. One of our key goals in our overall long-term plan is that while growing, we want to continue to keep that small company / family feel. It really is an important part of our culture to ensure that every person has access to all levels in the business and that we maintain our family feeling.

      Pros

      I get to work on exciting projects, with advanced technologies. There's a good balance of independent work and team work, desk work and field work. Management gives good feedback and helps set goals to advance in position.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly, so work flow can sometimes very busy, sometimes very slow, but that's just the nature of some of the work too.
