Pros
The interview process was wonderfully smooth right up until the part where the offer magically disappears. Great at creating excitement among students not so great at keeping their promises. Very efficient in selecting 26 students, and even more efficient in putting people “on hold” without explanation. Superb confidence in hiring without checking their actual business requirements first. They definitely keep you on your toes you never know when your offer may vanish!
Cons
Lack of transparency in the final selection decision after campus hiring. Candidates are put “on hold” last minute due to unclear business reasons. Poor communication between the company and college TPO—leading to unfair substitutions. No standardized, merit-based reallocation process when a seat opens. Students lose other opportunities because of one-offer campus policies, and the company doesn’t consider the impact on candidates.
