Thank you for your feedback and, more importantly, thank you for your contribution to Amido’s success over the last 4-years.
It’s great to hear that you recognise we genuinely care about our employees and I’m glad you feel that you’re able to share your personal feedback here. People are at the heart of Amido (friends that do) and, as CEO, I consider our staff’s wellbeing and welfare to be one of my main priorities.
The nature of consulting means we work with a variety of clients who are at different points of their journey with Agile and its principles, and it’s our job to advise and guide them along that journey. We always strive to work on interesting and challenging technical projects, as we understand the importance of finding these for our employees to keep them engaged and challenged in the best way possible. I'm really glad you recognise that we are able to do this for our staff.
