      Salary was a good bump from previous employer

      Cons

      Horrible senior leadership with constant shifting visions, service offerings, and flavor of the month buzz words. Favoritism to long tenured employees even if they add minimal value. Extreme reliance on Oracle Unifier product. Inability to build other service offerings outside of this Oracle bubble.
