Pros
The engineers, mostly young, are hard working and keep the engineering department running with their eagerness to learn. All the employees are very kind. The facility is adequate for producing helicopters. All the production employees genuinely seem like they want to work.
Cons
It is absurd to think that Enstrom can compete in the market place with little or no capital. You have to spend money to make money. This isn't 1965. CGAG needs to lay off all upper management and restart. Enstrom needs upper and middle management with proven experience in the industry. Hire a CEO that has been an executive from another large company. They don't have to be aerospace! They just need to know how to run a large business for a profit and be willing to chop off the top dead weight with no hard feelings. It's just business.
