      Pros

      No micro managing at all. You get a take home work truck and gas card. Saves thousands of dollars. They will buy you tools and make sure you have everything you need to do your job. Pay raises are decent if you show to be knowledgeable and an independent worker

      Cons

      Sink or swim mentality. Not a lot of training or clear cut direction

      Paychecks don’t bounce, get a company truck, plenty of work

      Cons

      Pms don’t manage team or jobs and upper management doesn’t want to see it, When it’s brought up its immediately shot down. Nobody is held accountability
