Autonomy to leverage my experience. Data driven decision made quickly with justification. Can-Do attitude. Striving to be better each year. Each site can make quick decisions based on their specific needs.
Cons
Lack real software automation, many manual and paper methods. Do to many company acquisitions that are positive, each new acquisition has its own software and methods that takes time to get integrated. Corporate roll out to all the sites is slow and cumbersome.
