Pros
The benefits are great, the insurance is reasonably priced, I love the 401 and Stock options. I have an extremely supportive manager that encourages personal development. Great communication from leadership and love that the company encourage creativity and innovation. I have grown so much in my skills, experience, and career since joining Entegris. I enjoy the people I work with and am happy to work with people that support one another.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the same thing you would experience anywhere, the occasional stress of work. Nothing a little PTO can't fix, and I love that we have the open PTO plan for exempt employees.
