Pay feels pretty good PTO isn't tracked (non-hourly) Work schedule is pretty flexible for non-hourly, which can be good or bad depending on your preference Environment is nice Option to buy company stock at a reduced price
Cons
Everyone is stretched pretty thin, which leads to some firefighting Benefits are meh, but where really has good benefits these days? Quite a bit of turnover for how well the company is doing at the moment
