      Pros

      The job is easy, just a lot of double checking and filing. I'm learning drafting and design for transmission from upper level engineers. A lot of knowledge coming from the senior engineers.

      Cons

      Fun job, but the atmosphere just seems outdated where I am. Entergy is a old company and still has old way of doing things. I'm young and just looking for a youthful enviorment.
